Observed utensils being stored in water that was 89F. CDI pic removed utensils from water until it reaches 135F.

Inspector comments: Inspection occurred at 7020 Albemarle RD, Charlotte, NC 28227 (parking lot of Bargain Hunters.) Location and Hours of Operation were provided by PIC to MCHD. Note: EHS observed handsink being used as principle means of sanitizing hands at time of inspection. Pushcarts need only provide hand sanitizer, should handsink become inaccessible. EHS provided hand washing sticker.
