Observed holes in the exterior wall of the building; damaged wood siding in the back of the building stairwell storage room. Remove all stored broken appliances and electronics from blocking the walk way on the second floor.

Observed several roaches (dead and alive) during the inspection. Observed signs of bed bugs (black spots and eggs) behind head boards and around outlets in room 207.
