#3 - Observed raw pork thawing in bag on top shelf of refrigerator above other ready to eat foods. PIC relocated raw pork to low drawer along with raw eggs. Drawer is free of cracks. EHS suggested keeping raw proteins in this drawer or on lowest shelf in refrigerator. **All foods, while being stored, prepared, served, and during transportation, shall be protected from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .1620 (a).
