Pool deck cracked and chipped in places. Some gaps > 1/2”. Major issues currently covered with safety cones. Prior to 2027 pool permit being issued, will need to repair deck so it is in good condition, impervious, and slopes away from the pool with no gaps or offsets > 1/2”.
