Artist has shifted tattoo room to front space without a hand sink inside the room.
Permit Restrictions: The hand sink in the common area will be used for the hand sink for the artist. This sink must be used for artist handwashing only while tattoo procedures are being performed. Also, the door that is between the room and the hand sink must be secured open during tattoo procedures.
